Dr. Rahul Razdan was selected by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) to participate as an oral examiner for the Interventional Radiology and Diagnostic Radiology administration in May and October of 2021.
Board certification serves as an important marker for the highest standard of care. It reflects the critical core values of compassion, patient-centeredness, and a passion for education. Patients, physicians, medical physicists, healthcare providers, insurers and quality organizations look for board certification as the best measure of a practitioner’s knowledge, experience and skills to provide quality care within a given specialty.
Only 120 examiners are chosen to examine over 280 candidates, per session in diagnostic, nuclear and therapeutic medical physics.
