Dr. Viers grew up in Omaha, Nebraska. He married Liz, who is from the Elkhorn area, and met when they attended Kansas State University.
Dr. Viers and his wife have two daughters, ages 4 and 2. They love spending time together as a family, especially outdoors. They enjoy bakeries, exploring nature, cooking, baking, and grilling.
